We created a plant-based cheese from a proprietary blend of bean and potato proteins. Pleese® is crafted using traditional methods and made in an allergen free environment without gluten. Most of the best tasting cheese alternatives on the market are made from allergens such as Soy, Seeds, Wheat or Nuts and these products cannot be sold in public spaces. Pleese was developed with this in mind to ensure that children as well as adults can enjoy our products without any concerns. We are proud to say that Pleese is now OU Kosher certified.
